Support. Encouragement. Inspiration.
I believe that if mindfulness really is going to be a practice that we engage in for life, then we need support, encouragement, and inspiration to do this. At times 1:1 support is what we may find beneficial and at other times being within a group setting can be ideal offering a different sort of energy.
I do not offer all courses at the same time so please be in touch to check what my current focus is. I also offer workshops linked to the material covered in these courses.
