Introduction
I hold sitting group sessions designed to support you if you have an existing practice as well as welcoming you if you are new to mindfulness. You are welcome whether or not you have been on one of my courses.
Practicing within a group setting is often easier than on your own at home and there is something special about meditating in a group. In a group setting not only do you experience a shared silence, but you also gain the support of one another. Developing a community with mindfulness at the centre of all that we do is something that I am committed to. I often find that conversations following a time of practice are lively, heartfelt, and enjoyable.
Commitment to practice is the most challenging part of meditation and people say that they leave these sessions inspired to continue to develop their practice.
